You pull a blanket over your legs and Bunsen will be ON the blanket within minutes. Since Tom had his legs in a weird spot, Bunsen couldn't get settled in his normal little rolled up kitty ball. Instead, Bunsen just settled in and flopped across his lap.

Sir Flops-a-Lot
Bunsen is not usually a flopper, but here he was in full flop:
You pull a blanket over your legs and Bunsen will be ON the blanket within minutes. Since Tom had his legs in a weird spot, Bunsen couldn't get settled in his normal little rolled up kitty ball. Instead, Bunsen just settled in and flopped across his lap.
